HISTORY OF NORWEGIAN SALMON

The Norwegian fish farming industry roots back to the 1950s. Modern salmon farming in Norway dates back to the beginning of 1970s, with pioneering efforts to raise Atlantic salmon in sea cages, growing rapidly into an industry.
